Sunday 16th January - The upside of preparing for a crazy two-week existence without sugar, gluten/wheat, yeast or dairy (and reducing caffeine) means I have an excuse and the motivation to try all kinds of mysterious foods. I’m really curious.
I’m avoiding thinking about the down sides to this. No cheese, normal bread, marmite, booze, muffins, or indeed fun until the 31st January. If I liked junk food I’d be pretty devastated.
